Family Program

"Where Alcoholism
& Substance abuse is treated as a family illness."
Seafield's Family Program is
scheduled every Sunday and is open to the spouse/significant
other, parents and other family members of the clients receiving
inpatient rehabilitation. Participation is limited
to two (2) adults and two (2) children (4 years and older).
- To protect the confidentiality of all our
residents at Seafield, we request that during your visit to
our facility you respect their confidentiality in what you
hear and see at Seafield, stays at Seafield.
- Over-the-counter medication or unprescribed
drugs and/or alcohol may not be brought into the facility
or consumed on Seafield grounds. Use of illegal drugs/alcohol
will result in immediate discharge of client and/or visitor.
- We ask that visitors do not bring food
or drink, tobacco products, cellular phones, or electronic
devices into the facility or on the grounds of Seafield
Center.
- There is to be no visiting in parking lot,
cars or resident's bedrooms and /or secluded areas of the
Seafield complex.
- ALL packages will be inspected at the reception
area in the administration wing by our security guards, before
being distributed to the clients at Seafield.
Seafield also offers individual
family sessions with your significant other and counselors during
the week. These meeting can be arranged by calling the case
manager • Monday through
Thursday between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM. For further information,

All alcohol and/or drug treatment
records are protected under the federal regulations governing
Confidentiality of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Patient Records,
42 C.F.R. Part 2, and the Health Insurance Portability and
Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPPA), 45 C.F.R. Pts. 160 and
164 and cannot be disclosed without written consent.
